yeah for long face syndrome, they used lefort 1 impaction osteotomy which gives the same effect as normal CCW, since they cut out a part of the bone.

He didn't get CCW rotation you utter cretin. His mandible is in the exact same position without any BSSO plates. He had anterior maxillary impaction which brings the mandible up a bit due to more vertical space to close your teeth.
