It usually comes from a non defined nose bridge When you have face fat it looks huge and undefined

I still have face fat but the difference is obvious, if you gain a LITTLE weight your nose is fucked

I don't have the exact same nose but similar bone structure. Maybe it's just the ethnic genes. He still has the same issue with weak definition

Well I've seen it in people with a good maxilla with a lack of a nose bridge. The tip of the nose is connected to the maxilla. Also I don't have a bone in the tip of my nose like everyone else does, like I can punch myself and it won't hurt. But you showed a straight nose, my ramblings are about button noses.
