I cant tell if its bloat, or muscle or fat or what but I cant find any one else with the same problem. my cheeks (the area which Is usually bloated on people) are fine its like the very lower cheek area/around the mouth that has this super noticeable bulge. does anyone know what it is?

Not sure, I have something similar, could be something to do with diet or just face structure

Same issue here but I've noticed its gotten better with age, so I'm assuming it has something to do with babyfat (which completely dissapears by the time you're 19-20)

The actual area itself is called "superficial jowl fat" and is reliant mostly on your facial structure, I'm sure you can get it extracted though if needed. (losing facial fat doesn't usually solve this)

I also have them and I think they’re perioral mounds. I think liposuction might work
