What is this in the middle of my teeth I asked my dentist she says you can’t fix it but does anyone know if there is a way

I have had this shit for like 5 years, my dentist said it’s not dangerous and not because of bad hygiene.

I have this too. Could be many reasons but if it's not from bad hygiene and not dangerous it tends to be fluoriosis or enamel hypoplasia. In this case it looks white so it is most likely a case of fluoriosis. They form because of too much floruide intake during tooth development.

I'm not a dentist so I'm not entirely sure but I'm pretty sure you can fix this by covering the colored parts by bonding/veneers or removing layer of enamel. I recommend bonding/veneers as it's less invasive.
