i have a similar case,and i think its wide palate, it actually looks better than wide palate, it gives the extra chiseled effect

when you stand under light, instead of having hollow cheeks, your cheeks shadow the whole face, its hard to explain but its what your avi has. looks better than hollow cheeks.

he means the shadows that are casted because of the light
because hollow cheeks have to fulfill certain criteria to not appear gaunt (basicly your whole face must be in a way to make them look good)

yeah, It’s what u need to make my face not appear gaunt anymore and wanted to ask before I ask my surgeon on friday
palate expansion might help? right?

yes my palate is 47mm, and when i touch my face the teeth push that part of the skin out a little bitand i get that protrusion

btw it’s still the cheekbones and facial features
it’s just that the protrusion will avoid making the shadow go all the way down to your chin which would make you look sunken in and old
