What is this type of double jaw surgery called?

I was at the orthodontist and she told me I need a double jaw to fix my bite and such once I finish development in 1-2 years.

I’ll be having braces and after that a double jaw surgery that also splits the upper and lower jaw down the middle to improve symmetry, I just can’t really find what its called specifically.
