hm yes maybe, the straight lines (folds) hint weaker projections of the bone (or excess soft tissue)
if it is rounded it is the eyebag, or if it is very close and narrow around lower eyelid = Aegyo Sal

Tear Troughs. I have them. It's excess tissue/ week maxilla in comparison to zygos. My zygos are god tier but my maxilla fucks my harmony and causes a sag that makes a line like that. It's not aesthetic. Actively getting rid of them with skincare and dropping to below 5% body fat where the body eats its own skin, at 9% now.
