What is wrong with my mouth? Should i see a doctor, and what surgeries should i get?

Two things, one my top lips have never been this pale before, also does anyone know any surgery to widen my mouth and just surgeries i should get to make my mouth as good as possible?

No it isnt, i dont think so anyway, i dont know what is causing it, have a look, what could it be?

if you want your lips to be wider look in to commissuroplasty, if you mean your physical jaw then look into a MARPE device (barely works if youre over 14) or symphyseal distraction osteogenesis, basically a lower jaw widening surgery.
