Make sure THEY speak the most, not you
Only speak about yourself if the convo is dying to push it forward, helping them to know u
Never interrupt anyone, listen to everyone
Pay attention to what they say, develop dinamic question, root every single sentence they blab
Example
"Guys today i just had the worst night of sleep i was watching "random jewish netflix propaganda" it was so cool haha i wish we could watch together like that one time"

You could say
"Wow do you like sleeping late also?"
"Sleeping early sucks"
"I love watching netflix"
"When did you guys watch "" together?"

You dont need to rlly ask questions, just make comments where the conversation can move forward, and only speak if you sense theyre inviting you

Eye contact, subtle glances, weird silence(moments where you should speak to move the convo forward)

Subtle physical touch
They should feel and think that you care (you dont)
And know when to leave, dragging already dead convos is pointless and annoying, no one likes talking to that one dude who never shuts up

Sometimes interactions just arent suposed to work, and thats alright
