What's the max potential you can reach with all realistic surgeries and looksmaxxing? I think I can reach a 6.

I'm probably 4 PSL and IF I was willing to hardmaxx with invasive surgeries, probably 5 PSL maximum. Only thing that would legitimately made me go up is lefort 3 but that shit costs as much as a house and I'm not doing that just to get my dick wet. Would rather just fuck Thai subhumans ngl.

Lefort 3 is really unrealistic and way too risky to consider, like five times as much as LL. I don't know why it's such a popularized meme. Imagine risking permanent facial nerve damage and 2+ years of full recovery.
