what is your current back routine?

t-bar rows and dumbbell rows.

2xfaliure - chest supported row with elbows at 90° (traps and rhomboids bias)
2xfaliure - chest supported row with elbows at 45° (rear delts and traps bias)
2xfaliure - wide grip pulldowns/pullups (lower lats bias)
2xfaliure - neutral grip pulldown/row (upper lats bias)


twice in 10 days

4 sets of pull ups till failure each time

then barbell rows 4-5-6 sets depends

then use reverse buttefly for back deltas

also i do pull ups till failure each time i go to gym and when i LEAVE gym every day that is not back day(actually back+bicep day).
 
i dont have any but for most org users is deff a 6ft2+ man in their back
