What is your opinion on hair products for wavy hair?

I have wavy hair, and for the past few years I’ve been using a local brand that not many people have heard of. I’ve started to notice it’s been damaging my hair and scalp. I’m not sure what to switch to I’ve thought about Based or As I Am, but honestly I just want products that will help my hair be healthy. Any recommendations?
