PLEASE READ IT ISN'T LONG
I want to ask a philosophical question-what is your truest desire?
Most people, if we strip everything down, will say they want to be good looking. But the deeper layer to that is—why? Is it because good looks equal being loved? Or is the real desire simply to be loved, with beauty as the shortcut society tells us is the only path?
Think about it: if you could be deeply loved without being conventionally attractive, would you still crave beauty? Or if you were stunningly good looking but never truly loved, would that desire still be fulfilled?
I’m curious where people stand on this. For you, is the ultimate desire to be seen as beautiful—or to be seen, known, and loved for who you are?
I really want to hear people’s thoughts on this.
