Half a watermelon
1 cup oats with milk and peanut butter
6 donuts
1 cheeseburger
1 spicy chicken sandwich
1 medium Wendy's frosty
Small fries

All I've eaten today was some crappy mcdonalds burger meal and multivitamins. Tomorrow I need to eat proper.

Is there any science behind the fact that it seems the more shit food I eat, even if I put on a few lb's (not that I notice it in my body when I look in the mirror) I swear my face is always a little leaner.

But when I try to get lean and I either a/eat more or less a ketogenic diet and do more cardio etc or b/Just eat very low cal - I lose weight, (again I look similar body wise in the mirror), but my face always seems a little chubbier!
