what kind of ADHD meds is the best?

im 18 i got diagnosed with adhd w out hyperactivity what kind of meds is the best for studying and what has the best effects overall im based in the eu witch means i cant get adderal, my options are ritaline and some other ones

what worked for me personally the best is vyvanese/elvanse ~30-40mg ed, pretty much no sides and i struggled with hyperactivity the most.
medikinet/ritalin/methyphendidate was an absolute horror for me, legit full blown panic attacks at an dosage of about ~10mg ...

i’ve tried adderall but you get used to it. Vyvanse is probably the best as it’s not a stimulant and passively spikes you

Jfl nah that guy must have just had a bad reaction. I took methylphenidate/ritalin at 20mg paired with nicotine and I felt fucking invincible. Adderall is the best in theory as it works by both blocking reuptake AND increasing the release of dopamine and norepinephrine. Methylphenidate only blocks the reuptake but is still really good, I prefer a very noticeable kick so combining it with zyns (for dopamine and norepinephrine release) kind of mimics a stronger adderall like effect. I live in the eu too so that's my solution to the absence of adderall. But this combo increases your heart rate quite a bit so its preferable to not overdo it. Low to mid dose zyns like 1.5 to 6mg is what I use.

I just tried out medikinet 20 mg RM today and i didnt feel anything at all i just got the usall sides tired eyes, a bit of sensatuion around my body but nothing really. my doc said i need to take one pill for 1 week and two pills the next im so disapointed like wth can i take it another way and how much i use or do i ask my doc for smthng better

You could try other meds if stimulants aren't working. Something like atomoxetine. Or like I said try using nicotine with the ritalin. Although probably not a great idea long term. I did vyvanse, ritalin and nicotine combined yesterday and my blood pressure is still high today. Best to be conservative when it comes to stimulants.
