title. what kind of eye surgery to fix my eyes, I have negative canthal tilt, bad UEE, and lower eyelids have fat too.

Not sure about the z plasty because it's a rare procedure and barely done, lat cantho would probably be around 10-15k, perioorbital filler would be a couple thousand, and wraparound orbital implants would be 15-25k or so. the big problem is not so much the cost but rather the danger. eye area is nothing to fuck around with.

Z plasty is a risky surgery and also has a high risk of botch, i do agree on the periorbital implant and fat grafts though, him doing a mix of both and not going aggressive on the implants would ascend him hard.
