What kind of moron can equate intellect with gym/gymcelling/working out?

Most geniuses in history NEVER worked out nor exercised, not did any conditioning.

This is not even me makin this up. Go right now & look up smartest people in history.

How many of them have muscles? How many of them actively work out or lift weights?

No intelligent people exercise or lift weights -- in fact, it's often quite the opposite.

People with muscle are usually autistic, braindead, stupid or otherwise mentally ill.

Most "strong" people are not intellectual people -- again, this is often OPPOSITE.

Strength is not and has not ever been associated with intelligence in any significant way.

I mean duh exercise isn’t good for you. Any stress will age you and doesnt really make you stronger except for lifting weights.

Humans, the only animals that need to work out. A strong body is made up of strong bones.

It also uses up your testosterone making you a lower testosterone individual, especially if working out very frequently. A lot of people on this forum are on roids tho so theyll age even faster, but at least they’ll be higher test compared to normies who workout. Then again i recommend people exercise every now and then cause its a good normie activity to say that you do. Just don’t think it will provide good benefits . You’ll have less energy throughout the day, etc.

Its all about your face. If anything, train your neck.

Then again if youre trying to compensate a bit it might help a tiny hit, especially if you can add size to your frame.

If you dont want a bunch of skin and health issues you should stop working out (weightlifting, running), cut out all processed foods, vegetables, and seeds (yes this includes your creatine and vitamins you retards take, also coffee). But muh, studies are proven that blah blah blah increase testosterone. Yes you retard, because testosterone is also an antioxidant, so of course your body is going to produce more if you put toxins in your body. Ur balls wont produce any additional test tho, and you wont actually be a higher test individual

only eat meat (preferable as raw as possible, if not completely), some select fruits (oranges or kiwi for example), and raw diary (yes, instead of water). Ideally you’d drink blood but thats not really easy to get. Although if youre not going to eat anything else raw, just make sure to eat raw egg yolk and liver. You can throw out or cook the whites. Dont eat the whites raw, at least least not regularly.

Now someone will reply with: “actually I take all these creams and supplements and theyve helped my dark eye circles, blah blah blah”. The truth is, if you have to take supplements, that means youre sick. A natural human has perfectly clear skin and good health indicators (what we as humans are attracted to). So lock in and stop being retarded. Also dont worry about getting sick, just buy good meat and eggs from a real butcher if you can.

Retards that dont actually understand nutrition or think that the vitamins in supplements are actually the real vitamins and can be absorbed by our body will try to argue with me about xyz, but that’s all they are: retards.
