What kind of moron can equate intellect with gym/gymcelling/working out?
Most geniuses in history NEVER worked out nor exercised, not did any conditioning.
This is not even me makin this up. Go right now & look up smartest people in history.
How many of them have muscles? How many of them actively work out or lift weights?
No intelligent people exercise or lift weights -- in fact, it's often quite the opposite.
People with muscle are usually autistic, braindead, stupid or otherwise mentally ill.
Most "strong" people are not intellectual people -- again, this is often OPPOSITE.
Strength is not and has not ever been associated with intelligence in any significant way.
Stronger men are often dumber men -- weaker men are often the smarter ones.
Working out = a dumb thing, which is often why smart people usually don't do it.
Smart, otherwise non-autistic people usually never exercise seriously or do training.
Why would they? What are any said benefits of working out? There aren't any. JFL.
Working out is bad for your body. Building muscles through autistic repetitions isn't healthy.
The only healthy muscle you have is the muscle you have naturally, i.e., sans working out.
If you work out to get stronger, you're already unhealthy. Like I said, show me the proof.
If working out is so intelligent or "good for you" then why do the smartest people never do it?
The most brilliant minds in history -- most innovative, creative, insightful -- never work out.
So you CANNOT IN ANY WAY correlate exercise/physical training to intellect -- not by a bit even.
No geniuses ever lifted or did serious weight training -- and I've still yet to see one bodybuild.
All bodybuilders are sick in some way. None are actually very smart nor creative nor insightful.
If they were, why the fuck would they spend all of their time sleeping, eating & tiring themselves?
Doesn't sound like a smart thing to do. In fact, how is any exercise or training actually smart?
If it provides something useful, wouldn't the smartest minds in history have done it more then?
Wouldn't so many geniuses & amazing creators/thinkers have mentioned bodybuilding as great?
Wouldn't they too have found great value in understand in lifting objects for reps consistently?
JFL. Just admit bodybuilding is NOT healthy. Building muscle is not exactly "good" in any real way.
There's no evidence that stressing your body constantly (what exercise is) is somehow "superior."
Some of the longest living people in history did not do any rigorous exercise nor training.
So another 'X' for any trying to justify or argue that "muh muscle building is healthy n sheetz." JFL.
Stop coping. Stop trying to justify. Stop trying to make it seem ok, muh discipline, muh hard work.
It's just you being too dumb to realize when something isn't useful, yet you do it anyways.
Gym is not useful. Gyms only existed in very recent human years. Working out isn't natural.
Exercising isn't natural. Humans play, not exercise. Playing is not working out autistically.
Animals in the wild do not exercise nor workout, nor do reps, nor sets, nor any conditioning.
Animals in the wild PLAY. They play. They move. They do not go to gyms or do sets. JFL.
There is zero evidence of any common sense that gym or working out is "good" for humans.
The gym is a SLAVE thing. It's a commitment of a slave lifestyle. You work to just work only.
What intelligent person commits to something forever, when life is never static eternally?
What smart person thinks the fundamental premise of exercise is somehow of brilliance?
None do, you stupid fucks. You just cope with the gym, but the gym isn't even beneficial.
Shut the fuck up. If the smartest people in the world didn't usually value exercise, it's for a reason.

The gym is a capitalist ploy/gateway to instigate human labor exploit by elites
Think about it. What does the gym do? It's pushed as a way to "achieve health." To "build yourself up." "Get stronger." "Self improve." "Work on yourself." Etc. BS. But in reality the "gym" was always a tool to entice humans to go to work. It's a way to "push" people in to the plantation --...

If you actually go to the gym/workout/gymcel you're fucking retarded in 2025
If you're born a turd you will always be one. There's zero reason to workout if you're sub 6. You have to be born great. No man "becomes great" if he wasn't born destined to be. Hence, no amount of gym is going to make a 180 for men born with the wrong equipment. If you have ANY of the follow...

Working out/gymcelling to improve health/masculinity makes no fucking sense
It is supposed to be the masculinity/health/hormones/vitality that DRIVES YOU to workout in the first place. If you don't have that, the gym/effort in doing such won't make it appear. If you are forcing yourself to workout/improve health/hormones WITHOUT having them initially... You are doing...

If being muscular is "dimorphic" then why do men workout/gymcel/roid for YEARS?
Let's assume for a second that "big muscles are masculine/dimorphic." Then why without working out are most men not muscular ... at all? Like the average man's body without exercise is barely bigger than a woman's. So how is muscle "dimorphic" if it takes men years to build? Women can build...

The majority of men build muscle to intimidate other men, not attract women
The majority of men are insecure and use bodybuilding as away to intimidate others. Most bodybuilders don't know how to fight so they get big to seem like a force to be reckoned with. They know deep down it often makes no difference with women much for most dudes. For most guys those muscles...

You're wasting your money on muh protein powder. JFL @ gymcel proteintards
"Muh, muh, portein gives you mussels, you need ta eat high probean to git bee ga, yakhi!" You dumb cunts are wasting your money or someone else's on excess protein for NOTHING. There is no magical number of protein intake daily that makes any difference in muscle building. I have been more...
