What kind of people bully young kids on social media?

Why does some ppl bully/make fun of young kids? Personally i have been trolling/ragebaiting people in internet for years (im kind of no life incel) but always when i see kids getting hate especially for their looks i get very angry and i wanna dox/ruin the bullys life?
