What kind of weird sickness did I encounter?

Got sick with fever, chills, cough and body pain a week ago and the weirdest things are:

1. my eyelashes have been growing much darker, longer and denser since (literally noticeable after just one day of being sick)
2. no nicotine cravings at all; regular smoker here and I haven't touched a single cig since getting sick (just the smell of smokers makes me wanna vomit)

What's wrong lol, this isn't normal, right?

There's a difference between "not liking it" due to already irritated airways and a guilty conscience vs not having the urge anymore despite being addicted to it (at least before getting sick)
