obviously you need to be at a calorie deficit but whats the most optimal kind of workouts to lose weight? When it comes to cardio and I run for a while I get an extreme appetite and just want to eat more.
Is the best way just to do strength training and getting enough protein? Or what is the best type of cardio to lose bodyfat and not get a crazy appetite?
