What kind of workouts should you do to optimize weight loss?

obviously you need to be at a calorie deficit but whats the most optimal kind of workouts to lose weight? When it comes to cardio and I run for a while I get an extreme appetite and just want to eat more.

Is the best way just to do strength training and getting enough protein? Or what is the best type of cardio to lose bodyfat and not get a crazy appetite?
 
its not about working out stop eating carbohydrates and you will lose weight, you don't need to torture yourself to look normal.

Cardio in a calorie defecit is the worst thing you can do, you will literally lose your gains. Just eat enough protein (Bioavailable protein not the crappy protein bars) and do strenght training till failiure (Don't do an advanced split since you're on a defecit just do a 4 day split to recover easily)

Carbohydrates are very important, u cant function normal without them. If u dont have a certain condition or anything that hinders ur health when u eat carbos, dont do this. Just eat normally but in a calorie deficit with maybe a slightly higher protein amount.

The days I don’t go to the gym to work chest I do:

- 80 pushups (7-8 sets, 10-12 reps every 3 minutes)
- 8 kg weighted backpack shoulder raises (5 sets of 10 reps for each bidelt)
- TV stand tricep pushups while seated

Are you a retard? Even if I do hit the chest, shoulders and tricep muscle group twice a week I sometimes have one day where I do home workouts and it’s actually been effective. I know what I’m doing. What is your point exactly?

What’s wrong w protein bars. Ofc I know they’re shit but will they hold me back significantly in oppose to bioavailable protein. For someone who’s 16 and eats moms cooking is protein bars ok?

Just eat eggs they're cheap, Well i guess you're here a bit too late to actually get good information because this forum is flooded with low iq degenerates. But protein bars aren't made from bioavailable protein and you won't actually be making gains.

Well you can still eat carbs and be in a calorie defecit but carbs are high in calories like a plate of pasta is about 600calories, And yes you will be debloated from not eating carbs but cutting out carbs alone will not be enough for a calorie defecit. Carbs are generally a looksmin for many reasons, the best diet for looksmaxxing is carnivore.

My final question for you is, at my age should I focus on getting lean and being in a deficit or should I eat more for growth cus I feel like I’m deteriorating my growth by being in a deficit. My cals are 1500 rn, probably way too low I think my maintenance is about 2500. I was thinking bout being in a deficit but only of like 200-500?

I didn't ignore you i was just offline, you can ask more questions if you want. And yes go for a calorie defecit because being fat is worse for growth than being in a calorie defecit, i have grown from 178cm to 182cm while being in a calorie defecit and eating carnivore the whole time. Being in an aggressive cal defecit is better if you're not muscular.
