It would be French for me. I want to sound like a romantic lover who got lost in the darkness.

I feel like you are self hating gook, for some reasons
Keep in mind, even in your most vivid lucid dream you will never be white

No matter, how hard you try to emulate white culture.

Chinese and Spanish

I'm currently learning chinese and I'm a heritage Spanish speaker meaning I was born in a foreign country and picked up some Spanish from parents but not enough to be considered fluent; I wanna be fluent in my ancestral tongue.

Same. I wanna be fluent in chinese. I can talk very well, but I'm not fluent like the natives are.

Spanish, Japanese, German, Italian, Esperanto tbh

As a native English speaker I already have access to the best content so 0 point in using any other language asides from recreational purposes.

Still fun. All languages a native English speaker learns is worthless. Suffering from success tbh. The only superior culture an English speaker can inspire to speak in would be Japanese but that has a lot of Kanji and can be tricky. Asides from Japanese there really isn't anything else.

German

That is a fairly ugly language and more complicated than English, but I need to learn it to give me an advantage in the job market.
