The one with 660nm or 660nm combined with 850 near infared? What is better for skin and collagen?

Im from germany aswell and im not sure if redlight therapy is even legit so i don't want to waste so much money on it. Those are super cheap but are they the same as the 400 euro lamps?

It‘s legit. There are so many studies.
As long as it is the same wavelenght (nm), it shouldn‘t be any difference to the expensive lamps.
I have a normal infared lamp from Phillips at home but I think it wouldn‘t do much to the skin

Red light in the mid-600nm range and near infrared light in the mid-800nm range have been found to be the most beneficial at the cellular level.

Is near infared light also causing heat?

huh? led is pretty efficient in making light instead of heating the surrounding area if that's what you ask

What about the wattage/output (not wavelength) of the lights? What's the ideal power, does that really matter? I guess if it's lower wattage you can just make up for it by using it for a longer time?

Yeah it's just that I've seen different wattages and I was wondering why I never saw recommendations on the wattage.

Are you using this? Do you see improvements on your skin? Do you feel lile you have more collagen?
my skin looks good but I cannot see significative difference because I'm young and I had already been collagenmaxxing for years with sunscreen and retin A
