There is nothing wrong with your lower third apart from not meeting some PSL authistic ratios. Doing an invasive surgery for you doesn't really makes sense because if you have any problems now it's in your head
Nah my chin is genuinely recessed and if all I have to do is fix it slightly with ramieri (who typically gives pretty natural results) I’ll be CL easy. The difference between HTN and CL in terms of how ur treated is massive

And to be fair no surgeon will do bimax on you. Maybe a genio at best

I mean you are also 18 and you shouldn't do bimsax untill bone has finished growing which is at like 21-22. So you might change a lot untill then. But if you are getting bimsx it would for sure be one of the most authistic bimaxes ever performed with risk to reward being bad. Even tho it's a rather safe procedure

You will never be a male model, they are born not made thru surgeries. You overestimate surgeries. Doing bimax will leave you swollen for a year or maybe even more. And doing surgeries to fix lips is high risk to look uncanny and same with bimax. You are just out of touch with reality here and try to achieve something that's not achievable.
