What has HIT cardio done for you? just leanmax you?

main thing is making sure it is unnoticeable, like no white cast or glossy look throughout the day. I would have potentially used tretinoin to maintain good collagen but don't want the so-called gay glow. I also saw you have to keep reapplying which doesn't seem sustainable for me. and stuff about absorption and estrogen or something I saw idk, never looked into much since as i said never found the right one. Korean brands do tend to be the best I hear and don't have white cast since that is mainly from mineral sunscreen i think, but still, the glossy glow would put me off.
i did also hear that sun damage is caused by a bad diet and sunscreen isn't necessary - some random post, but i believe a lot about what he says about diet (high eggs, organ meats, beef etc)
