I must have a babyface. People treat me like a child even though I'm almost 20.
What makes me look so young is most importantly my chubby cheeks. That's it. Nothing lets you look more baby faced than fat in your cheeks. Chubby cheeks aren't the result of a high bf percentage, it's the result from subhuman cheekbones and maxilla.

Thin lips are a masculine feature. I don't have thin ones, I have horizontally narrow lips, which signal low T. You must have some high T features, I guess you have a big brow ridge and low set eyebrows

Compact midface is fine, but when you have too compact midface+wide cheekbones you just look like a child and it looks tacky on men, ideal is ratio like o'pry or gandy.
