Ogee curve and jaw definition are keys to the 3/4 IMO. The angle on your photo is like half between side profile and 3/4 I think

Mandible length is a big part of 3/4. I have an assymetric jaw (left side mandible is longer than my right) and my left side looks so much better just because the mandible is a few mm’s longer. My chin is also slightly recessed on my right side so chin protrution also matters
