what makes a good Under eye support ?

is the maxila or the high quality cheekbones.
I mean i know it's basically the orbital rim, but are one of these two more corollated to it somehow ?

bone, youth, collagen, fat pads. Theres so much that goes into good eye area thats why its the window to your soul and like the fingerprint to your face. Everyones eye area is so different cause so much goes into making good or bad one

I got pretty good cheekbones but my eyes support is not model tier. Lower eyelid is not as tight as it should be to be Lachowski tier.

My UES is good now but fat pads are non existent. Would filler help?

There's lots of factors. I have good cheekbones but eyes are not model tier anyway. Cheekbones are important, but fat distribution is probably more important to eyes
