1. The lens is closer to the pachymaker, which makes his skull bigger.

2. The hairdresser's jaws are open when Chico's are probably closed

If you remove Chico's hairstyle, which makes his skull smaller, I think the picture is different.

The camera is clearly closer to the hairdresser, which makes a big difference.
