I've always known i was chopped, but I don't know what exactly the reason is behind it. Are my features recessed? Would you guys say I'm MMTN?

Not terribly ugly. Could think about shaving the mustache. You're around lmtn. cover your ears with your hair and try debloatng. You have a pretty good side profile

Nose could be fixed with hydrocortisone and work on skin
