He's a user here, and although he's gay i thank him for having the balls to post some his journey on here, unlike the lurkers who got a fuckton of job done and later claim mewing.

He looks uncanny becausse the chin is too pointy, and the implants are just oversized in general.

An excellent technique is to cover parts of the photo with your finger to see which area is causing the problem. To me it’s absolutely the lower third. The middle and upper look OK apart from his beady little eyes.
