I haven't experimented with many fundamental things that could make me happy. For example, perhaps having sex with my girlfriend on a regular basis could be the biggest source of happiness in my life, but I haven't experienced that. I don't go out with my friends often and while it's good, I wouldn't say it alone makes me happy.

Maybe a combination of things then: family, friends, music, work, and hope (that I will overcome my inceldom one day).
