There is no rock bottom.
If you think that you can’t sink further; you’re mistaken.
Things can gat way worse than it already is. It’s easier to destroy than to create.
I see way too many men falling prey to wishful thinking.
Guys, you need to realize this: Reality is ALWAYS worse than what you think it is. Even if you are a pessimist, reality will be worse than your perception.
And then, many men think things will get better, one way or the other. The truth is that the law of entropy states the exact opposite: It's always easier to destroy than to create. And so it is with life: it's always easier to become worse than better.
Life is not gonna be better. It's gonna by worse, from a probability standpoint.
And last but not least, many men think things can not get worse. They believe that they've already reached the bottom of the barrel. Guys, let me tell you this: there is no bottom. It can ALWAYS get worse, no matter how bad things already are.
These are 3 very hard to swallow pills and many men still deny them to this day.
First step is to stop coping and accept reality and try to act accordingly to actual improvement.
