what maxillary angle is considered recessed

I think it is possible to have an attractive face with only an average maxilla, since with the right other features, an average one may look better than a highly forward one.
But I wonder at what point is a maxilla too far back to be salvageable for a good face?
How low a ratio of AB to CB (below image for reference), do you wager is considered recessed and or damning for the whole face?

there are not that many models with prominent maxillas, the only one I can think of is o'pry.

You're mistaking o'prys overjet for maxillary protraction. It's mostly teeth

they aren't flat, the rest of their face is just giga forward grown giving that illusion, their maxilla extends beyond the nasion
