lose weight/debloat, moisturize your skin, get a different haircut (something that covers youre forehead a little bit), try using some oils topically on your eyebrows(they look dense enough so that you dont need anything more serious like minox)+ dye them darker also the lashes black tint, other than that your 2 biggest failos being your lips and nose you would have to get surgery for that
