Well, the most common facially would be features that contrasts in color. Something I've seen recently is a bad eye area + amazing eye color. An example being Cillian Murphy; despite him having a terrible eye shape, his eyes are probably his most famous feature (cheekbones are 2nd) because of the color, and the fact that his skin color contrasts the eye color so well.

His eyes are good. Neutral or minor positive canthal tilt, good undereye support so minimal sagging. Good eyebrow position and shape. They're not ideal, but they're definitely not terrible. Some will like the look and they'll think he has "big, beautiful eyes" or they'll dislike it and think he looks like a frog. He just has high UEE and so is shit-tier by PSL dogma. The color certainly helps, but the structure is good apart from the UEE.
