Idk what functioning you are, but it seems that you likely are a low functioning disabled.
I guess what helped me was a drastic change in my diet and meditation to control my thought process cuz whatever you're thinking is just temporary garbage or could be intellectual but idk what you think abt.
I still function normally (have adhd but prolly also autism tho no autist diagnosis) but i just stopped craving stuff that gave quick hits. Getting meds isn't sth you have to get, that's just bluepill cope and in the long run aren't worth it imo.
Also no cooming if you have adhd, you'll be an addict in no time going for 3-5 times a day to feel "normal"

Have you rotted due to normal reasons being boredom or just rot from being blackpilled. Mine progressed to blackpill rotting since it was fresh at the time for me and it heavily impacted my symptoms.
As i said your thought process can make or break it for you with these conditions.

Well idk if you've accepted it but the earlier the better to not worsen the symptoms. Also idk how you look like but since you said gyno, that could be another factor. Guess what I could suggest for now is to do short home work outs, or if that's too much we could try progressively doing one hard/boring thing in ur mind that you know you need to be doing per day and if that works increase it to 2 hard things.

What I'm trying to get at it is to at least not have you emotionally rot yourself like a bitch plus if you do eventually get surgery, what has changed mentally for you? Nothing clearly since you've put yourself in the habit of rotting.
