You are doing a huge mistake already in you analysis. A lot of people with NPD do only play empathy/sympathy even if they don't do it consciously. They do it automatically to get their validation. Imo ppl with NPD are more likely to end here bc they can't cope with not being gigachad and therefore not having infinite ammount of validation

That is true but the empathy/sympathy they exhibit is more real. Its not done to recieve anything in particular, its responses to things people say that an nt person would say. Like for example "My father died", nt and people here would respond "damn that sucks hope you feel better" without expecting anything. It isnt like how a person with npd would play things. Most people here just want validation like everyone irl does.

Only photos my midface looks long is pics where my lower lips disappear due to low res and coloring (upper lips is lighter than lower idk why) and i don’t photoshop this was taken 10 min ago and i’ve posted vids jfl
