do i know how much sun exposure i would need for melanotan to work? i try avoid sun as much as possible due to skin care routineMelanotan if you aren’t very prone to moles. It mogs fake tan to oblivion

How bad are the moles getting :/?Melanotan if you aren’t very prone to moles. It mogs fake tan to oblivion
What is your skin type? 30 minutes a day when trying to get to your desired tan & then 30 minutes a week to maintain. Even after not being in the sun I still keep my tan without melanotan and I find my skin tans quicker as soon as I’m back in the sun and i have been off it for over a month. My skin has not peeled oncedo i know how much sun exposure i would need for melanotan to work? i try avoid sun as much as possible due to skin care routine
I got tiny moles popping up on my arms but nothing too shocking to the naked eye. 2 small ones on the side of my head, I already had one there before. I must stress only using small doses like I did (.25) and only using it when going into the sunHow bad are the moles getting :/?

Which self tanner do you consider good stuff?Self-tanner mogs MT2 to oblivion:
- No UV damage to skin (0 wrinkles, pigmentation, etc.)
- 0 risk of cancer from sun damage from MT2
- Super easy to upkeep, once a week spend like 5 mins applying. (No injections)
- Colour is on par with a real tan if you get good stuff
- MT2 has lots of weird sides (moles, nausea, etc.)
St tropez & Bondi Sands are both rlly good from my experience.Which self tanner do you consider good stuff?

Carotenoidmaxxing takes a long time so keep going OP (bear in mind carotenoids are fat soluble so always consume with fat), you're essentially overdosing to the point that it builds up in your skin which takes months tbh
Don't want moles or premature aging so I'd say self-tan if you really want tan but from what I've seen you've got harmonious colouring for your pheno - keep it minimal
