Currently am 17, 5"6, 70kg
Here's my current routine to ascend overall characteristics
-Up at 8am minimum, so usually anywhere between 6am and 8am
-cardio, fresh air and grounding first thing in the morning
-shower, ice face, stretch and meditate
-Breakfast is 2 eggs (fried) and a fruit bowl consisting of 1 banana and a kiwi with a table spoon of raw honey
-Then supplements are taken - 10,000 IU's of vitamin D3 + K2, 700mg of B5 and 4mg of astaxanthin
-Swish coconut oil and brush teeth
-Study up until lunch
-Then I start a looks routine which is brought together with derma rolling, thumbpulling, zygopulling, jaw stretches, hard mewing, chewing hard gum and most importantly I apply beef tallow to the skin on my face. ( And the occasional bonesmashing)
-More studying until the time to go to the gym, I train each muscle group with 2 exercises and 2 sets to failure (So 4 sets total for a working muscle group)
-After the gym if I didn't eat before hand then I will eat afterwards. I have some more variety with these meals compared to my breakfast.
Option 1 - Steak
Option 2 - Tuna + Rice
Option 3 - Salmon stir fry
Option 4 - Meat / Fish + Pasta
Then after dinner as you can probably already guess I hit the books again and do some more studying up until a time relevant for my night routine
The night routine I'm currently following involves taking 700mg of Ashwagandha, using a castor oil to derma roll into the hairline, eyebrows and beard. Next I swish coconut oil again and brush teeth, I finish off with abit of reading and have the option of journaling if needed. Then I proceed to stretch meditate and aim to be in bed for 22:00
