I have bimax in the beginning of February and my surgeon is flexible with me choosing so I want to make the most out of it. He suggested ccw rotation of maxilla and mandible plus mandibular advancement of like 10mm +genio but it can be increased he said if I get maxilla advancement but im concerned how if will harmonize with the rest of my face? Scared of getting chimp lip lol. What movements do y’all suggest getting?
