If your a newb everything, if want to specialize by farrrrrr the most important group Is delts. Lean with big delts is the aesthetic look

delts and lats are goat ngl. they are direct contributors to the v-taper. but obviously chest, arms and everything else are important for aesthetics.

When bodybuilding for aesthetics you will do mostly isolation movements. If you're starting out focus on the main compound barbell movements and a little isolation.

It honestly depends on your morphology. Ideally, you'd like to have broad shoulders, chest and back, and as much as it sounds like a meme, train your neck nigga.
 
Neck because face is most important.
