I'm planning on running Minoxidil+ dermastamping+ tretinoin in the scalp and hairline + rosemary oil

If that doesn't work I will add finasteride and probably hop on trt to avoid lack of libido and all the side effects of blocking dht

What you guys think my Norwood is? I think I'm nw3 rn

You are a a 1.5 to 2. Just google Norwood scale and you'll see you are nowhere near a 3. You have a mature hairline forming (m shape). You should aim to stabilise this and if things deteriorate further only then do you get a hair transplant.

Mmm I don't know men I look fucking old and I'm only 18 I descended hard because I don't have the bone for this kind of hairline
However if you guys say it, nw 2 is still in the line of the death tier

I'll start dermastamping (I already order it, takes 1 month to arrive) also I will use rosemary oil + tretinoin+ Minoxidil
My plan is to stop losing hair and maybe recover a little of my hairline

Tretinoin in the scalp jfl, op you are at nw2 I think consult a doctor and hop on fin. Divide hairs from the middle of the head in two parts and see if the gap is large or small and check if you are loosing hair all over your head or it is only on temple.

Norwood 2. It will most likely worsen. That's just life.

Doing TRT and finesteride sounds a little bit self-defeating as TRT can raise DHT and finesteride is meant to lower DHT to stop it binding to the hair follicles as much.

As for what you should do, IDK, I'd be weary of using finesteride at 18, but I'm just generally hesitant around these things. Topical minoxodil and derma stamping sound like a good place to start though.

As he said he used to have full head of hair before and also his hair looks like thinning and the video he post you can see he lost some hair at top of his head but it isn't that much serious as of now
