Its about how it tastes better, for example my friend fries egg white but puts yolk
do you really wanna lose out on most of the protein and good stuff in it js because it doesnt taste good ? maybe boil it if you dont like frying or make scrambled eggs

only B vitamins in the eggs btw b9, b2, b5 because those are the most heat sensitive. the rest arent as reactive
