What part of me is recessed and how can I use surgery/filler/implants to fix it

If I’m fixable soft max wise would be a blessing but ik im not lol also im not mewing or nothing in these pics btw

In a void your eyes are decently shaped and your ratios are alright. But you are severely recessed all around. If you're young I'd wait out puberty a little as further bone development can save you. But if your face never fills out, consider getting cheek and chin implants to bring that much needed definition to your face.

Thx for the good advice what would you recommend as I’m 18 so soft maxing kinda done since puberty over would u recommend to hop onto anything or just implants or surgery what would you say is my biggest flaw do I need a bimax n genio or can I get away w jaw implants or filler works ?

Adding on is there anything I can do to fraud my face for now Imma start chewing for jaw gains n chin tucks n neck training but that’s just before I do procedures what do u think thx again man

Face largely stops developing into your early 20's so you might have a narrow window of time for puberty to change things around.

As for bimax I'd consult an orthodontist to see if you have any malocclusions that warrant such a treatment because if so then chances are you might be able to get it through insurance. If that however isn't the case then I'd probably hop straight over to genio which is largely cosmetic but can make decent change and is better suited if you don't have any genuine existing bite issues.

I'd maybe pause there to see how things are coming along after augmentation to your lower third. If results are still unsatisfactory I'd suggest the possibility of malar (not submalar) cheek implants to bring some definition to your middle third (fillers can also work but they're temporary so I don't really recommend them), and if results are still unsatisfactory I'd maybe consider lower blepharoplasty + fat transfer to deal with the baggy eyes.

Jeez thx for the quick answer I do have bite issues an edge to edge bite that’s leaning towards an underbite I have wanted that to get fixed since I was younger but haven’t feel like now is the perfect time. Since face doesn’t stop developing is there anything I need to start doing asap. You think genio will make biggest difference for me ? Where would you put my face on average compared Ik that’s childish but I really sometimes wonder

u stop growing till ur 25 and u can softmaxx at any age

you look pretty much softmaxxed except for some slight bumps on ur face so might wanna fix that

and shave cuz u got little baby pubes on ur face

and try softmaxxing ur eyelashes itll help ur eye area

bet that but the pubes take attention off my recession where would u put me on the scale
