I am at a point in life where I wanna bag but I'm a high inhih cuck who starts to freeze up when conversing with women

What is some shit I can take to make myself as low inhib as possible and to improve brain function?

alcohol, start interacting with more women, im stupid too while talking to women but the more you talk to women the easiest it becomes, you gon be stupid sometimes but if you dont start doing it you are going to be stupid always, so its your choice, got to cafes or idk, talk to women around you

Relatable, I'm ND as fuck but I manage to hide it in real life and socialize with normies.

I used to take methylphenidate when I was younger (im 16 now, I took it at 12), which helps me be calm if you wanna try it. Unironically, practicing good social skills like simply learning how to be interested in what people like and making it seem like you like them has helped me majorly in socializing.

Not to the same degree, they have better mechanisms than pregab/similar, they are more sustainable and can be taken consistently without issue

No supplement and few peptides/nootropics will fix this or automatically make you completely low inhib. Aside from actual drugs nothing replaces going outside your comfort zone and putting in the work to desensitize yourself to socializing

- L-Theanine (don't use daily), lowers stress, induces calm focus, usually used for studying in combo with caffeine but i have found it also lowers inhibition, take 200-400 mg. It's completely safe, 0 risks (aside from temporary shit like headaches if you take a massive dose). Don't take it daily though because you gain tolerance and then it loses potency, I like 2-3x per week or saving for actual social events

- Ashwagandha (use daily, 600 mg KSM-66 variant only) This lowers cortisol, but unlike the others on this list it's not a "take now and feel it in 2 hours" supp. It's more like creatine where you take it for weeks, and it slowly kicks in and reduces your baseline cortisol systemically. Definitely makes you feel disinhibited, all of the "boyfriend on ashwagandha" memes on tiktok are exaggerated but kinda true. However, any bottle that doesn't say 99.9% KSM-66 on it is snake oil, be careful what you buy, online sellers with throw in stupid shit like ashwaganda leaves and stems that are cheap but do nothing.
