What percent of people do you guys think are constant gym goers? Talking about people who’ve been working consistently for at least over a year (western countries only). Only 10% of the population in america can bench 135 which is a crazy fact. @Jason Voorhees @shizuku11111 @moreroidsmoredates

I think people conflate it with avoiding taking care of your looks like some redpillers do, but it is a key part of looksmaxxing as well tbh, alongside face.
