dont do calorie deficit at 14.

Most people can get away with cooked meat so that should make up the majority of your diet. I eat raw meat but I'm really sick, most won't need it. Eat high in animal fat and cholesterol.

And drink half a gallon of raw milk a day. A lot of people drink a gallon.

I sometimes eat raw horse bcs my dad is Spanish and we eat horse a lot

Neodanubian is an east European phenotype, and you don’t look eastern European. You look Dutch to me maybe with some Baltic influence closer to the west
