1 would look better if the background is solid as the browridge and zygomatic curves from that angle looks damn good. But the looking down gesture shows less engagement with the camera but at the same time shows your busy in smth, it probably looks that the photo taken was accidental and unintentional and the upper eyelid exposure makes you look lazy.
2 also looks good. In my opinion, i would probably put 2 if I looked like that
And if this is not your photo, you could probably switch to smth else.
