Not the objectively most brutal, but the one it feels worst for you to think about, that targets your insecurities.
Height pill, dick pill, age pill etc. Even ones not even related to attractiveness.
I'd say personally the time pill. Can't believe I'm 18 in 2 weeks. It makes me want to rope. I know it's cliche and oversaid but it legit feels like I was 14 a few months ago. At this rate I'll be an oldcel in the blink of an eye if it never slows down.
