What pillow i should have

my face always has acne in the same spots over and over again i reckon it is beacuse of sleeping on ts (ig?)

are there some pillow recommendations like back in the day it was for hair satin pillows that will make it stay intact?

Yeah, pillowcases can absolutely affect acne if you’re breaking out in the same spots. Cotton absorbs oils and bacteria more than silk or satin, so switching to a satin or silk pillowcase can help reduce irritation and friction. Also make sure you change your pillowcase regularly and keep your sheets clean. Sleeping on your back is ideal if possible, but satin pillowcases will at least cut down on repeated irritation from face contact like Bunny__ said.
